Wednesday WindDown 2015

We love the WindDown as much as you all and we will be steadily at work during the off season to make adjustments to the program.

Keeping that in mind, in 2015 we plan to institute a paid ticketing system to enjoy the WindDown. This means that there will be a ticket price associated with each Wednesday WindDown.

We do not have a ticket price set now but will release that as soon as it becomes available, in the early spring of 2015. The Park believes that after 15 years of providing free music to downtown and metro Atlanta that we can provide a much better experience with better talent on a going forward basis if we institute a ticket fee.  Ticket prices are still being finalized, but we believe they will remain very reasonable, to serve a wide range of attendees.

We will still be offering discounted parking in the Red Deck for those enjoying the WindDown on a week by week basis.

We will continue to allow patrons to bring their own food, but patrons will be limited to (1) sealed, plastic bottle of water per person. Food and beverages are available for purchase around the amphitheater and at Googie Burger, located next to the Fountain of Rings.  Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the Park, but are available for purchase on-site. All coolers, baskets and backpacks are subject to security check. Please leave all high-back chairs (taller than 24 inches), glass, pets and grills at home.
